Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I want to evict an RV from my Mobile/RV Park. They moved in on June 1. They are considered a tenant not a resident being that they have been there for less then 9 months. I thought there was a quicker and less expensive way to evict them if they have been there for less then 3 months. Please advise
