Eviction notice

we are trying to evict a commercial tennat who is a few months behind in rent, my questions is after we do the appropriate notices to get him to leave how long do we have to wait until we can go in there and remove all of his items

Re: Eviction notice

Unless a different time period is specified in the lease, a 3 day notice to pay rent or quit is all that is required prior to filing an unlawful detainer action. That notice can be an estimate if CAMS and other charges deemed rent in the contract are included. Please call me if you need help in the unlawful detainer.
