Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

how can I stop or prevent a landlord notice of entry 48hrs for an appraisal. I wanted my privacy. I don't want people to enter my place of living. I should have my rights to stop it right? But, how? Landlord insisted within 48 hrs.
