Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

I have a contract stating that I will be paid for my services no later then 5 business days after services were completed.I voiced major concern to the company/person who was suppose to pay me after that 5 day period of time was over and there was still no compensation received .Very long story short it has now been two months filled with suspicious actions and excuses .I have tried countless times to get a hold of the person responsible for paying me and now I'm I am being out right ignored with no calls or emails being answered .I do not know how to handle this breach of contract to receive my full amount of money that I have already worked for and is technically mine. There is no negotiation for the sum of money I am owed it is agreed upon by all parties since I met all my contracted obligations and completed what I was supposed to do perfectly and successfully. The only problem is getting them to hand over the money.

This is not a legal ethics and professional responsibility question. Legal ethics and professional responsibility is about the State Bar and ABA rules of professional conduct for lawyers, and related topics. You need to repost your question under an appropriate category.

This is not a legal ethics question. In fact, I do not see a question at all, but see a presentation of some of the relevant facts in what may be a contract dispute. People cannot help you if you post to the wrong forum area and then don't present a question to answer. If I can guess what I think you are looking for, it sounds like you are in a strong legal position in the contract area, but it is not clear what capacities the other party may have and what exactly it is that you are trying to learn or accomplish.
