Legal Question in Legal Ethics in California

My question is, last year i received a jury summon and called and received an extension. a few weeks later i got evicted from my house and had to move. i never received another summon. yesterday my friend said he was serving and i remembered i had recieved a summon. but i did not get a new summon after my extension. what should i do? thank you for your help.

More than likely, the jury summons was returned because you're no longer living at the old address. You can call the jury clerk and explain your circumstances. The clerk can look up your name and reschedule your jury duty date.
