Falsely recieved compensation

malpractie was filed and children were suppose to recieve benefits from this case all persons involved were named and

the person who solely recieved the benefits of the case turns out was not intitled to the monies they recieved. was not a beneficiary was not legally married to the person who

th emalpractice suit was filed on behalf of.

I assume the case was settled without the permission of all the Plaintiffs. If this is true there may be an action for malpractice or other actions.
