Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

Poor Dentistry

How can I get $2,000.00 (paid in cash) back from a dentist who put in two porcelain crowns, had to redo them, then dismissed my telling him that both crowns were still hurting me?

My previous dentist will be redoing both crowns, as the gum around the teeth is not healthy.

Thank You!

You should have a legal demand letter drafted to initially try to settle the matter out of court, first and foremost. Secondly, if this fails, you should file suit immediately thereafter in the appropriate court of jurisdiction depending on the amount of damages you are seeking.
