Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

back injury, work related, don't want to sue the Company but the Insurance Company, they refused my surgery and now I have permanent nerve damage and paralysis in my legs. Been patient being 15 years now and still no help. Doctors and reports are on my side and my health is getting worse.

You were injured fifteen years ago and you want to sue now? I'm sorry, but you are almost certainly too late. (You could still have time if the company agreed to waive the limitations period. There might be other reasons why you would still have time, but they would involve very unusual facts.) And if you were injured on the job, even a timely claim would most likely have to be made via workers' comp rather than a traditional lawsuit.
