employee liability/employer liability

if damage occurs to the homeowners property directly due to an employee following his employers orders, whom is culpable/liable for said damages after the fact when the homeowners insurance company is looking for a scape goat to recoup their losses for reparations resultant thereto.

Boy that's some legalese. If an employee causes injury while acting in the scope of his employment, the employer is legally responsible to the injured party.

Thank goodness Mr. Roth could translate that. It sounds like you went right to law school, after flunking 7th grade English.

As Mr. Roth points out, damages caused by an employee within the scope of employment cause liability to the employer through the law of agency.
