Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

judgement entered

We lost in a jury trial and the other attorney has not entered judgement. It has been 28 days. How long does he have to enter judgement and does it become null if it is not entered. We are requesting a JNOV.

If you are requesting a JNOV, the judgment will not be entered until after the decision on your JNOV motion.
