Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Personal injury related to employment discrimination and medical malpractice

I need all possible information regarding a stress claim. My claim was not properly investigated and denied with their reasoning being, ''good faith personnel action''. For months I have needed the help from a psychotherapist and psychiatrist with multiple mood altering drugs to correct my injury. I am aware this is not an easy claim and very hard to prove. I have the will to go through will this and I want to be ready to fight these manipulating people. The entire case: on the job back injury, almost 2 years of misdiagnosis, denial of promotion due to back injury, Human Resource Department cover up of all information I presented them with. Company open door policy-CEO will not abide by policy and will not hear me out. Please help.
