You should be able to get specifics of when it happened and show that you weren't anywhere near the room. You also should be able to provide the names of others who might have seen or monitored your activities at the times these incidents allegedly happened.

Such accusations against you stemming from a patient are very serious, and not be dealt with lightly. I recommend that you contact an attorney to fully discuss all the facts involved in your case. Failure to do so could result in the end of your employment, and even worse, harm your reputation.

Your defenses are 'the facts', whatever you can prove to show you didn't do it. While you are supposed to be 'innocent until proven guilty', the reality is not quite that clear. You would be well advised to hire an experienced attorney to handle this most effectively. If you are in SoCal LA/OC area, feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
