Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Aftermath proccedings

Is there a way I could notify the government or some department about a past case of sexual harrassment without legal proceedings? I quit my job, and it has been less than 300 days, what can I still do about it without involving a courtroom?

file your claim with federal EEOC within 300 days, or CA Dept of Fair Employment and Housing with a year. Request they investigate and take action. If they know you don't want to sue, they may or may not be interested in the case. If you really don't want to pursue your claim, why even file? The law is designed to provide you a right to recover. If you change your mind, contact me to discuss the facts, your options, and case value.
