Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

indirect sexual harrassment

I created a picture with someones head and a naked body of someone else, the picture was sent electronically but never posted anywhere, am i liable for any legal reprocussions including sexual harrasment

If you did this in the workplace and the head was an identifiable person who works in that workplace, he or she may have a claim if they were offended by the image. If you showed the image to others who work in the work place, they too can claim they were offended and may have a claim. Your company policies may also subject you to discipline for such conduct in the workplace.
