Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Do i have a lawsuit

I lived with a co-worker who stole a video from me in which i was naked. She gave it to my boss who showed it to all the men i worked with. When i informed him i was being harassed by one of these male co-workers he did nothing.

Hello. This does sound outrageous. I believe you might have a legitimate claim against your employer. At the very lease - I see the claims for invasion of privacy and intentional/negligent infliction of emotional distress.
