Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Hello. I am newly pregnant and told my employer and co-workers. My boss returned from his daily lunchtime visit to the bar, and asked me if my boyfriend is into tittyfucking. This was infront of one other female employee. Then, after being told that she had already discussed this with his wife on a two hour conversation, the tittyfucking question was denied by my boss and the female that had witnessed this. This is greatly disturbing to know things are discussed behind my back and then denied to my face to keep this situation from going to court. My boss has also told me to 'fuck for rent money' on a different occation. These comments and denials are causing my poor attendance and work performance, as I feel different at work now because of my employer.

What do I do?

If you have no witnesses to the alleged conduct, only ones that actually deny it happened, you don't have a provable case. You can hire an attorney to take action, investigate, try to see if witnesses can be obtained. He can use the threat of litigation to try to negotiate some form of settlement agreement for you. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me.
