Past Child Sexual Abuse
I was molested by my teacher in 1978. He is a registered sex offender in Alameda, California and was convicted of molestation of several other children, however he did not serve much jail time. I am interested in finding out the statute of limatations on prosecuting sexual abuse cases. Thank you.
