Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in California

Quiting job due to sexual harassment

I work in a small buisness enviornment where I work closely with the owners. This company leases out their employees, (of less than 7). My situation is dealing with the owners and their envolving me in their marital relations. There was sexual referrance made by Mr. Owner towards me and Mrs. Owner was aware of his behavior/actions. An uncomfortable situation for me all around. I ultimately felt my only option was to quit my job. What are my chances for receiving unemployment benifits if I quit my job due to these circumstances?

Re: Quiting job due to sexual harassment

You can do a lot better than unemployment. You can sue the company for sexual harassment, because they created a hostile work environment and constructively terminated you. You can recover your lost income and general damages.
