Sexual abuse of a mentally disabled person

What do you do when a person that you are living with, sexually molests your wife by drugging them and touching them while they think the person is asleep? What can we do?

Immediately go to the police and report the felony. Gather as much info as you can and BOTH of you go to the police.

Do not wait. Just do it.

Call the police and file charges. IF the person is worth suing [has assets to collect against], and if you can prove the facts, then you also have a civil claim.
