Sexual Hars.

After leaving my employer how long can I wait to take legal action for sexual hars.? What's the time period from what to what?

Max of one year or less from the last illegal incident, not from when you leave.

You have one year from the last incident to file a claim with the CA Dept of Fair Employment and Housing. However, if the harassment was so severe that you had to quit, you might also claim wrongful termination (it's called "constructive termination"). Then you'd have one year from your termination to file a DFEH claim for the termination. You might want to run your scenario by a lawyer for evaluation.
