conference calls

can a business conduct a speaker phone

conversation without disclosing that

there are several people listening to the

call? this happened to me at work and I

am very angry.

There are no hard-and-fast rules on this. Some states laws may require disclosure.

If you knew you were "on speaker", then you probably did NOT have a legally enforceable "Expectation of privacy" in the phone conversation.

More specifics are needed to give proper advice. But realistically, what would you hope to "get" from complaining about this?
