Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

3 Traffic Tickes in One Month

I received a ticket on 6/2/06 for going around a stopped school bus. The next day I ran my driver's license search in the court database and found that I got a ticket on 5/30/06 for running a red light that had a camera. On 6/10/06 I received a ticket for doing a rolling stop at a stop sign. My question is can I fight the red light ticket on 5/30/06 because I didn't know the ticket even existed and was never mailed a ticket? I only found out about the ticket from doing my drivers license search. Also, which ticket is the most harmful to my driving record? Prior to these 3 tickets I had a clean driving record with 0 points.

Re: 3 Traffic Tickes in One Month

Why do you think you should escape the red light ticket because you were unaware that you had been caught. Your best defense to the red light ticket is lack of ability to identify you as the driver of the car. A not guilty plea denies each of the elements of the alleged criminal conduct. check the newest volume of the nolo press book "how to fight your traffic ticket".
