Legal Question in Traffic Law in California
Incomplete information on a ticket
On my traffic ticket issued by LAPD, under the section that says, ''I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of california that the foregoing is true and correct,'' the officer printed his name and serial number, but left the date entry blank. Would this be considered an invalid/incomplete ticket? Is there a particular reference in the code I could use in such a defense?
