Can a Judge dimiss in order for myself to join Army?

2 duis both appeared on but never

finished paying fees or aa classes. 1st was

10 years ago 2nd was 8 or 9 years ago. I

am 36 y/o and i want to join the military.

Is it possible to have a judge dismissed or

modified in order to join up? been out of

work for a few months and due to finances

I don't have much time or money.

You will have get the cases set for hearing and go to court explain to the court your desire to join the army and what you need to have happen so you can join the army. The judge may feel sorry for you and dismiss the fines. However, to get your driver's license will require you to complete the specified alcohol class.
