Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Some kind of Aircraft issued me a speeding ticket.

I understand that aircraft use white lines on the side of the road. Glenn county half these lines are missing due to repaving. the ticket only mention the officer�s area of duty. would this be a good point. What would be best way to fight this ticket.
