Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

Requested extension for moving violation. Court website indicated a 60 day extension could be requested. Called court and automated system gave an extension of September 27, 2020. Obviously an error with the system, but now what? Advice please and this is in California.

Now you see, if you had gone on their website and it said that, and you'd printed it out, you'd have a good case for beating your failure-to-appear that they'd give you on 9/28/2010. So you heard a voice in your ear saying 2020? How are you going to prove that? Go on the court web site, maybe you will get lucky and be able to print it out. But don't blame me if you get popped when the warrant is released. Just go to online traffic school, OK? Save all your paperwork forever, we often get the opposite problem, sometimes the court loses people's proof of fine payment, etc. from 10 years ago.
