by law use fale liecense while drive with mone liecense at all what woold the judege say?

by law use by the law what would the judge say. While you driving in the street police pull you over with a fake ID "driver liecense" or no ID at all, in the case which one of that two have more punishment?

Failure to have a driver's license, while driving, is a misdemeanor. Possession of a fake license may be a felony. Felonies are more serious than misdemeanors.
