Legal Question in Traffic Law in California

I recently moved to Baldwin Park California. Next to my residence, a photo enforced device is installed at the intersection. Not aware of the device, I received three red light tickets within two weeks. Of course, I never ran the red light, I was making right turns.

The videos show that I did not stop. What is the best way to fight these three tickets ?

These tickets cost $480 each.

You have no choice but to fight these tickets as you are looking at 3 points (maybe 2 if you are eligible for traffic school). You need an attorney to stand a chance to beat them or negotiate a deal.
