Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My brother had my parents sign a power of attorney while in a nursing home to control their affairs. Mother and Father didn't really know what this was about I am sure. (Without the sister knowing about it, ME) Mom passed away and brother refuses to put me on the Dr's contact list, so I can get the info regarding my elderly Dad. What can I do? Haven't spoken to Brother in 2 yrs since I found out he did this behind my back. He even texted me regarding the passing of my mom...

Suggest you obtain the services of a probate attorney who specializes in conservatorships, to obtain the conservatorship of his person and estate(maybe with dementia powers) and to terminate the power of attorney any any medical directives. contrary to his wishes.
