Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have a California probate order on summary judgment for a paid caregiver to immediately turn over assets and property. She is refusing. I am in Pro Per and not sure what to file to get a contempt of court motion heard ASAP. What do I file to get her back before the judge to answer for contempt?
