Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My father passed away last month. I have a half sister (hates me). He had a workman's comp. case, which he won. She is now going for the whole amount, stating that I am not his daughter. There will be a hearing next month. I have notarized affidavits stating he is my biological father, & I am going to have DNA testing done. My question is. With all lot the info I will take to court, will the judge order her to have a DNA test?
