Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I am still on comp disaibility payments, and still seeing the MD

I want to move to another state to live. I am on comp disability and have MD apointments and take pain medication regulary. comp says they don't have to pay of anything if i'm out of state, in other words I can't move. Is this right?

It depends. If you are receiving temporary disability, I note you don't say what type of payments you are receiving, then missing a scheduled and noticed medical appointment can lead to the suspension of benefits. Call your applicant's attorney before you leave to make sure you do not lose your benefits.
