Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Fair claim paid

I am considering signing a compromise and release form from my WC Insurance company to close my claim. I was deemed 23% per QME & PTP for a back injury from a work related injury. They want to offer me $23K no future medical. I am still in pain and not sure I want surgury for I just had a new baby. Can you tell me if this amount is a fair amount or am I being bullied. I feel like they are forcingme in to making a decision quickly because they want to close their case? Looking for some honest advice. K
