It means you are in stable condition and you can return to work with restriction. Insurance companys' doctors declare injured workers often too early be\cause they are pressured by insurance companies to release you back to work in order to not pay injured workers temporary disability benefits. So what I recommend is to change your doctor and get professional legal assistance and ask him or her to change your doctor. If you need assistance, Call me at 213-388-7070 for a free consultation.

P&S means that you were released to go back to work by the employer's doctor. It does not matter how much your hands hurt. What matters is that you are unrepresented, subjecting yourself to the cost saving whims of the insurance company.

All you can do at this point is to speak with a workers comp attorney. I will be glad to give you a free consultation if you call me at, 1-877-505-injury. To learn more about me, you can go to my website at lupofflaw.com.
