What you should be recieving after permanent and stationary status is PDA's, i.e., permanent disability advances. These payments are deducted from your final settlement or award. You would be well served obtaining representation to assure that you recieve the highest possible settlement or award. It is not uncommon for me to obtain 10 times what my client was offered prior to my representation. A real bargain for only 9 -12 % attorneys fees which is deducted from the final lump sum at the end of the case. Please contact me directly at (619) 222-3504.
