breach of seperation agreement

i already have a legal seperation agreement with ex that was sign 15 months ago but he is breaching by not getting stuff that is in the contract and i want to know after telling him over and him still not complying with it what are now other options for me to make him have to follow whats in the contract cause just talk isent working. he does not take it seriously even tho this was a contract done by a lawyer and he did sign it with a witness but now decides that some sections in there he just dosent want to do what can i do about it what are all my options and what legally can be done to him if he keeps breaching this contract cause he dosent seem to think anything can be done to him legally. he is suppost to get a life insurance for the children but with me beneficiary and after 15 months still dosent have it and thats the part i want resolved

You'll have to look at your agreement to see if there's an arbitration clause, if not you need to go back to court. if you don't enforce your rights within a reasonable time, it may be that the court won't enforce them later, so you should stay vigilant in enforcing them.
