Legal Question in Immigration Law in Canada

Police Clearance for US Immigration

I petitioned my spouse for a k-3 visa. Her visa interview at the US Embassy in Manila, Philippines is due less than a month.. a Police Clearance document is needed from Canada where she stayed for more thans 6 months when she was 16 years old. Getting a police clearance in Canada approximately takes about 2 - 12 months.. her interview is in a month.. what will we do??
