Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Canada

Contract for deed

In a preforeclosure situation is it possible to use a contract for deed on the property in order to bring the mortgage current and gain an interest in the property? In particular is this possible in the Province of British Columbia? If so where can I find info on how this is done?

Thanks

Re: Contract for deed

Rather than reject the question again, it is probably simpler if I isolate the problem. I'm not familiar with the expression "contract for deed". Can you explain what the concept is? You may wish to email me directly at [email protected] to discuss.
