Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Canada

my partner and i are co owners of a condo we are not together and she is residing in the house at this time with her new husband and refuses to cooperate and sell or buy me out of the mortgage itis putting financial hardship on me as I can not consolidate my debt as i am still on the mortgage and it raises my debt load higher then it should be how can i without to much expense force her to sell the property or buy me out without waiting till the mortgage is due fro renewal and i refues to sign for another term will the bank the force her to sell or buy me out can you help me to clarify exactly what my options my be thanks
