landscaping project
we just had a large landscaping project done however we are very unsatisfied and do not feel the problems were addressed satisfactorily. we paid alot of money and would like to be reimbursed for the areas of the project we are unsatisfied with and for legal fees. i have pictures and lots of emails back and forth discussing the problems. do you think we could have a case

It is impossible to determine the merit of such a case without review of the contract, review of scope of work and review of the site. One thing that can be stated, however, is that unless your contract provides for attorney fees to the prevailing party, they are not granted by the court if you prevail in a case absent some applicable statute (termed the American Rule).
