Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Colorado

Will some one please help.

To whom it may concern.You can have 75% of the money.I went to jail for 5 days.There claming i had a hot UA.I have proof,of a 120%,that i am not guility.I have a writen statement.From the pharmary,that Bensondiazepine is in my precription.I have been taking this medication sence 7-12-2001. My 1st full screen ua,came out neg.the 2nd one came out with Benzodiazepine.they state,are you taking any precriptions.Yes.bring them in.i did so, both times.they wrote them down.this is not about trying to get my case drop.its about they won't admitt,there wrong.I rest my case in some one hands.please.will some one out there.Help

Sounds like you may have something there. I have often represented people in probation revocation hearings with similar complaints, but never with the documentation you have. You have fewer rights when on probation, but you should not have to go to jail just because you are on medication and the probation department cannot get their heads out of their butts.
