Escape from work release program
My fiance walked away from work release in Jefferson County Colorado. If we move to another state, what are the chances that Jeffco will come get him and bring him back to serve his sentence?

It depends on the charge that he was in Jeffco jail on Was it a felony? Also, the cops will treat the walk-away as an escape, making it 6 mos CONSECUTIVE.
