Obtaining controled substance by froud or deciet

I like to know if I can talk to the judge before sentencing hearing to see if I can get him to throw this out.I used some body elses rx to relieve an injury that I have, 1month later the doctors are giving me the same rx that I got in trouble for,the judge has all the medical records, I don't believe I should go to jail but I did break the law,I did this for medical resons nothing more.please let me know my options.Sentencing is in March .I need your help. Thank you.

My question would be if you have a defense to these charges, why did you plead guilty and not fight them based upon what you are saying that you have a medical reason for possession. I am not saying you would win the case guaranteed but why are you already at sentencing wondering if the judge will throw it out. I would have my attorney, if you have one, challenge the charges not just have you "talk to the judge"...it should be a formal challenge and perhaps a trial.
