Legal Question in Criminal Law in Colorado

Here's the scenario I find myself in...I attended college in Colorado from 1993-1998, and during that time ran afoul of the law more than once. I had an open container of alcohol charge, as well as a DUI, "false reporting" (I told a cop I was someone else), etc. I had spent time on weekend leave, and had a suspended license, when I up and left the state before completing my state mandated compliance (I believe it was probation, but I'm not positive). Over the past 11+ years, I have a clean record (sans a couple of speeding tickets) having lived in CT and CA. I'm married, have a daughter, completed my Masters in Finance, have a CPA...in other words, an upstanding citizen.

I have a job opportunity in Colorado possibly, and assume my legal standing in the state is not good, but I'd like to research it. Who can I contact about what my standing is and how I can go about correcting what needs to get corrected? Thanks in advance.

I can research this and find out if you have any outstanding warrants or handle any uncompleted cases. If this was in Boulder, you can call the DA's office at 303 441-3700 and ask them. Good luck.

You have two dillemas if you failed to complete probation one your driver's license could be suspended and secondl ftc bench warrant forcing you to bond out.
