Child

My son has been living with me for almost year and his father still has custody and gets child support . Also my 16 year old is pregant and does not want to live there . What can i do

Regarding your son, you should file with the Court a Motion to Modify Child Support, because your son is now living with you. His father should be paying child support to you, not the other way around.

Regarding your daughter, you should file with the Court a Motion to Modify Parenting Time. One of the factors the Court will consider is the desires of your daughter. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call me.
