Bankruptcy and Immigration
My Husband is a "Green Card" holder. He plans on becoming a US citizen in the near future. Will there be an adverse impact on his Immigration Status if we file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy?

I don't know of anything in the bankruptcy law that would endanger one's immigration status. On the contrary, it should have no prejudicial effect.

However, you must check this with an immigration lawyer.
