Is a Car Dealer resposible for damage done to my car while being serviced?

If the car dealer did the damage - probably. If another party did the damage the dealer might ot be liable. I would need more information to give a better answer.

Depending on certain factors and subject to further information, the dealer could be responsible for damaging your car.
