Legal Question in Consumer Law in Connecticut

Wedding Planner

My Wedding planner was responsible for providing us with flowers and decorating our church. We paid her over 9,000 to cover her fees for decorating, flowes, DJ (450.00) and photographer (1,200.00), dresses and other items. She did not receive the flowes in time, leaving our chruch not decorated and my flowers were not the ones I ordered. She also paid our photographer only 600.00. Are we entitled to receive a refund for the services not provided?

Re: Wedding Planner

You would have to provide more information. However, you may be entitled to a refund depending on the terms of your agreement with the wedding planner. Again, I would need more information to determine this.

Re: Wedding Planner

Your rights against the wedding planner would be based upon the terms and conditions of the contract. Without this information the question cannot be answered.
