Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Connecticut

Loan Contract

I had someone sign a contract for a loan but before they gave it back to me and signed it they crossed out the date I had put in as the deadline, and added the words ''Try to'' in my statement that they would make payment in a minimum of $100 a month by the 4th. 4 months later I haven't seen any money. She did sign the contract that stated how much she had borrowed. Will this contract stand up in court?

Re: Loan Contract

When the person signed and changed the contract, that was the offer. Depending on whether you gave loaned the money after you received this offer back or before, will determine whether you accepted the contract on those terms. The point is, is that it may hold up on court if you prove certain elements.
