Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

child custody/visitation

i have an individual who is currently paying child support but not allowed by his ex to see the children. there's no type of restraining order that i'm aware of. he's not looking for any custody, just visitation rights. he does not have funding to retain counsel in this matter. is there anything he can do legally to see the kids?

Re: child custody/visitation

He would have to file a motion with the court modifying the current order.
